Game allegedly punched the man and then proceeded to retrieve a gun from his Escalade, threatening to shoot.
In addition to the aforementioned charges, Taylor is also being charged with one count of exhibiting a firearm in the presence of an officer.
He is scheduled to be arraigned today (June 5) on all three charges, which are all felonies. If convicted, Game could face more than five years in a state penitentiary.
