A lawsuit filed by rapper Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson may put the brakes on an edition of The Infamous Times, a popular biographical DVD series that explores the seedier side of street life.

In a lawsuit filed yesterday (May 31), Jackson alleges that three video production companies used footage from a free interview he conducted with Jimmy "Henchmen" Rosemond's Czar Entertainment.

"This lawsuit has no merit," Rosemond told AllHipHop.com. "50 Cent agreed to do the interview and he knew this DVD was coming."

After collecting platinum plaques with D-12 and contributing singles to Xzibit, 50 Cent and G-Unit, Denaun "Kon Artist" Porter is launching his Runyon Ave. imprint – making him a player to watch in 2005.

Denaun may have blew up airwaves and sold out stadiums as a member of D12, but his production work is what first got him solo notoriety. After working under Dr. Dre for months, the Detroit multi-threat (Denaun raps, produces and sings) hit it big with Xzibit's "Multiply," 50 Cent's "P.I.M.P." and G-Unit's "Stunt 101."

"I've been doing it since ‘92, but I didn't take it serious. I wasn't trying to be a producer. When my first record came out, I was under Dre at the time. He saw that in me early when he was just listening to beats. I would give him beats, songs, all kind of sh!t and I was like, ‘Let me just do my beat and leave.' But he put me in the studio with people and was like, ‘Nah, produce some sh!t,'" Porter, who produced Eminem's 1995 LP, Infinite, told SOHH.com. "He kept me in there [studio] and kept that belief in me and just threw me out there to the wolves. Jay-Z and all these people would see me out there with Dre, but didn't know. They probably thought I was just working on a song, but all that time I was getting my sh!t up."

According to complaints filed over the past six weeks with NY Supreme Court, the magazine is way behind on their monthly bills, I mean behind to the note of $1.35 million.

The Source has a laundry list of merchants taking them to court in an attempt to get monies owed to them. A New York paper merchant has filed a claim for $1.1 million alone.

Perhaps Benzino should back up off of Eminem and focus on the matter at hand - saving his sinking ship of a business.

As rumors swirl about 50 Cent and G-Unit signing multiple veteran talents from across the country, one more vet has added his name to the new arsenal of artists slated to be added to the roster.

In recent weeks, rumors began spreading that G-Unit was courting M.O.P., Guerrilla Black, Lil' Scrappy, Mobb Deep and Three Six Mafia.

The First Family even confirmed the reports and added that they were open to screaming 'M.O.P.-Unit' given the opportunity. Meanwhile Guerrilla Black was heard shouting G-Unit in a recent track. As for Scrappy, reports are increasingly stating that his sophomore release might drop via a joint venture between Lil Jon's BME imprint and G-Unit Records. The rumors were further fueled by Scrappy's cameo in 50's 'Candy Shop' video and Lil's Jon slot alongside 50 and Eminem on the upcoming 'Anger Management 3' tour.

For a two-foot-tall hand puppet, Triumph the Insult Comic Dog sure has a lot of enemies. He's permanently banned from the Westminster Kennel Club, has feuded with the animal-rights group PETA, and — most prominently — engaged in a rather heated war of words with Eminem.

And as such, it was probably a bit of a shock to anyone who tuned in to 'TRL' last Thursday and saw the stogie-smoking pooch canoodling with Eminem (as only a puppet and a man can) in the video for 'Ass Like That,' the rapper's brand-new, booty-obsessed video.
