Afeni Shakur threatens to sue anyone who tries to release the sex tape of her son Tupac
2Pac's 1991 sex tape will NEVER see the light of day ... according to the rapper's family, which has now threatened to SUE anyone who attempts to distribute the footage.
TMZ spoke with a spokesperson for Pac's estate, who was VERY clear, "We will sue anyone who tries to sell a Tupac tape."
The rep insists ... only the estate has the power to authorize the use of Tupac's image for commercial use ... and there's NO WAY the sex tape will ever get the proper approval.
Tupac's mother, Afeni Shakur, is aware of the tape -- and has told her spokesperson, "Get the legal team ready because will not allow someone to put it out."
Apparently the estate is trying to figure out who is marketing the tape by attempting to identify the individuals who appear on film, including the leading lady, believing one of them might be the culprit.

Tupac Sex Tape
A five-minute sex tape showing Tupac receiving oral sex while rapping and dancing has surfaced but not yet released to the public.
The tape, shot in 1991, begins with a bunch of groupies in a living room during a house party. Tupac walks into the room with his pants down to his ankles, his shirt off ... sporting several chains.
Tupac, whose head is shaved, pulls one of the women toward him, and she begins performing oral sex. As she does her thing, an unreleased song of Tupac's is playing in the background, as Tupac is singing along and dancing, wiggling his hips.
Yelawolf made headlines in January when he was added to the elite roster at Eminem's Shady Records, but the ink on that paperwork has dried and the Alabama-born, skateboard-savvy rapper is ready to make his official debut via the house that Marshall built. According to the 31-year-old, his upcoming album, 'Radioactive,' is complete, Eminem-approved and ready for an October release.
Still soaring off the success of his 'Trunk Muzik 0-60' mixtape, Catfish Billy is now preparing for his Hard White tour, which borrows its title from the album's Lil Jon-featured single 'Hard White (Up In The Paint).' On his latest cross-country jaunt, which kicks off in Mississippi today (Sept. 28), Yela will perform a mix of favorites from 'Trunk Muzik,' along with selected cuts from his as-yet unreleased LP. In addition to adding more visual elements to his energetic stage shows, he's particularly excited about working with DJ Craze, who he believes will set the mood for each performance.
On his debut, Yelawolf says he was careful to craft an album that demonstrated his growth, but also remained true to the aesthetic that fans were enthusiastic about on 'Trunk Muzik 0-60.' Selecting complementary features was a key part of the process and after recording most of the record in Vegas, he worked with Eminem to compose what he describes as a "fluid album."
Elisabetta Canalis comes clean about her Eminem tattoo
George Clooney's ex-girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis has finally come clean about the covered-up Eminem tattoo on her arm.
The Italian TV host made an appearance on TV show "Access Hollywood Live" on Thursday and turned coy when she was asked about her body art.
Insisting she didn't have a tattoo tribute to the rapper, as has been reported, she initially refused to let host Billy Bush check out the ink on her right bicep close up, but when he persisted she held out her arm, stating, "It's roses..." But Bush was more interested in what the floral design covered up.
We are having some database problems. We will try to fix them soon, thank you for understanding!

Rihanna And Eminem's 'Love The Way You Lie (Part II)' Leaked
Loud track hits the Internet two weeks before album's release.
A reportedly unfinished version of Rihanna's latest collaboration with Eminem, a follow-up to their smash "Love the Way You Lie," has leaked. The track, called "Love the Way You Lie (Part II)," will be featured on Rihanna's forthcoming Loud release, due November 16.
Rihanna Was 'Shocked' Eminem Wanted To Work With Her
'What? Eminem wants to do a song with a pop artist? With me?' singer recalls thinking when offered 'Love the Way You Lie.'
It's less than two weeks until Rihanna releases Loud, which will feature Eminem on the sequel to their smash "Love the Way You Lie." But when Rihanna initially found out that Em wanted to feature her on his Recovery album, she was "shocked."
"That's the first thing I thought. I was like, 'What? Eminem wants to do a song with a pop artist? With me?' 'Cause, you know, he always raps and talks sh-- about pop artists and pop female artists," she told MTV News. "So it was more of a shock to me than anything, and then that was the first thought. The second thought was, 'Of course I'll do a song with Eminem.' That's just something that doesn't come around every day. And then thirdly, I heard the song, and I just loved it."
Rihanna Initially Against 'Love The Way You Lie (Part II)' With Eminem
Sequel to appear on Loud; piano version will be iTunes bonus.
Fans seemed pumped to hear "Love the Way You Lie (Part II)," the follow-up to the smash Rihanna/Eminem collaboration. The track, which is Rihanna's answer to the original version, will appear on her forthcoming November release, Loud, but Rihanna admits she had some hesitation about trying to re-create the magic of that first song.
"When I first heard the idea about doing a part two, I was just completely against it," she revealed to MTV News. "I just felt like you couldn't beat the original. There's no way you can outdo that, so why compete with it?"
However, after trying out several versions of a sequel track to the 2010 song off Em's Recovery LP, she knew the magic from the first cut was still in the air.
